Nuvio provides a suite of tools and assistance aimed at helping local business owners and trades / home service businesses to manage leads, customer communications, scheduling, reminders, reviews, and related administrative tasks (the “Services”). We may also offer pilot programs, special offers, and other features from time to time.

3. Registration & Eligibility

To enroll in some of our Services (e.g., pilot programs), you may need to apply or register.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application or registration at our sole discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

4. Account Security

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (e.g., username, password).

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Fees & Payment

Some Services may require payment. If so, we will provide details of fees, payment schedule, renewal, and cancellation policy.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement or required by law.
